We also offer additional testing services for Termite, Radon, Well & Septic, as well as Bacteria, Lead, Nitrate & Nitrite for well water. These services can be provided with any Home Inspection or with a Commercial Propery Inspection

After completion of the property inspection, you will be emailed a report which will include digital photos as well as custom narative comments for each item. Any problems discovered during the inspection are categorized so you know which are considered Major Concerns or Safety Hazards, and which are Routine Maintenance items. This type of reporting format is far supperior to a simple check list format, or a report that provides a long list of defects that you don't know what to do with, like some of the other generated reports out there. View A Sample Report
